How to View and Export Your Tithely Pay Transactions

Summary: Learn how to access your Tithely Pay transaction history from the admin dashboard, view transaction details, and export your list of processed payments before the app is sunset.

Before You Begin

  • Permissions: You must be logged into your Tithely account as an Admin and have been given admin access to Tithely Pay.

  • Important Notice on Itemized Lists: The transaction list in the web dashboard is not itemized. If you need an itemized record of your transactions, you must take screenshots directly from your Tithely Pay mobile app. Please do this as soon as possible, as you will no longer have access to the app once Tithely Pay is sunset.

  • Tithely Pay tool is scheduled to be sunsetted May 11th 2026. This means this tool will no longer be available. We recommend transitioning to Square or Clover if your church is looking for a point-of-sale (POS) solution for in-person transactions. 

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Log in to your Tithely account and click Pay from your main left-hand menu. (Note: You can also access this area by clicking your More menu and selecting Pay).

  2. Review the full list of transactions that you have processed through Tithely Pay on this screen.

  3. Click the blue arrow next to any individual transaction to expand it and view more information.

  4. Click the Filter button to sort through your transactions to find specific records.

  5. Click the Export button in the top right-hand corner of the page to download your transaction list.

Troubleshooting & FAQs

  • Why can't I see itemized details for my transactions on this page? The web dashboard does not provide an itemized breakdown of Tithely Pay transactions. To retain itemized records, please open your Tithely Pay app and take screenshots of those specific receipts before the app is officially sunset and access is removed.

  • I don't see "Pay" in my main menu. Where is it? If "Pay" is not immediately visible on your main navigation menu, click on the More menu to locate and select it. If you still do not see it, verify with your Account Owner that you have been granted admin access to Tithely Pay.
