Consolidate to Breeze. You should generally not send two separate statements to the same donor. Follow the steps below to export your Tithely data and import it into Breeze, then generate a single, unified statement.
Step-by-Step Instructions: Consolidating Data (For Mixed Use)
If you used both platforms without the integration, follow these steps to combine your data into Breeze for a single statement.

Export your Transactions from Tithely.
Log in to Tithely and navigate to Giving > Transactions.
Filter for the correct date range (e.g., Jan 1 - Dec 31) and click Export to download the .csv file.

Import your Transactions into Breeze.
Log in to Breeze and navigate to More > Contributions > Import.
Upload your Tithely export file and map the columns (e.g., Amount, Date, Fund, Donor Name).
Note: Ensure you associate the transactions with the correct donor profiles to avoid creating duplicates.

Generate your Statements in Breeze.
Navigate to Giving > Statements.
Customize your statement template and settings.
Generate the statement, which will now include the combined giving history from both platforms.
Troubleshooting & FAQs

Why don't my Tithely statement totals match my Breeze totals?
Timezones: Tithely allows you to select a specific timezone for your statements. If a donation was made late on December 31st, an incorrect timezone setting could push it to January 1st. Breeze uses the date recorded on the transaction.
Fees: Ensure you are comparing Gross amounts (the full gift amount) in both systems, as this is the tax-deductible amount.

Can I send two separate statements?
While possible, sending two statements (one from Tithely, one from Breeze) often confuses donors. We strongly recommend consolidating your data into Breeze (using the steps above) to provide a single, comprehensive statement.

My printed statements have weird text at the top and bottom (URL/Date).
This is a browser setting. When printing from Breeze & Tithely (or any web page), you must uncheck the "Headers and Footers" option in your browser's print dialog box to remove the web address and timestamp.
