No Account Owner of a Breeze-connected Account

If you’re unable to masquerade as the AO on a Breeze-connected account, it’s likely because the AO has not yet set themselves up in Tithely. Confirm by checking Team Portal > users. If no users (or only Limited Access users exist), then proceed.

Steps to Resolve:

  1. Ask the Breeze AO to log in to Breeze
  2. Navigate to Account Settings > Manage Account > Bills and Payments > Tithely Billing.
  3. Follow the prompts to set themselves up as the AO.

Once they complete this step, you should be able to update the AO as needed.
