This guide provides a simple, step-by-step process for adding a new staff profile to your Tithely Site, such as incorporating a team member to your staff page. By following these instructions, you can easily introduce new faces to your community, showcasing their roles and contributions.

Steps to Add a New Staff Member:

  1. Log into Your Tithely Account: Start by accessing your Tithely dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Sites: Choose 'Sites' from the menu on the left.
  3. Access Admin Settings: Click the 'Admin' button at the top right, then select 'People/Users' from the dropdown menu.
  4. Add a New Profile: Click on 'Add People/User' and enter the individual's basic details, such as Name, Title, and Email Address. Set a password and upload a profile image.
  5. Save Profile: After entering the information, click 'Save Profile'. The page will reload to the new person's profile settings.
  6. Assign Groups: Select 'Groups' from the menu on the left and check off the appropriate groups the new staff member belongs to. Click 'Save Groups' to finalize.

For organizing staff members into specific categories, like a "Church Board," use the People Blocks feature. Add a People Block to your Staff page and allocate the relevant members to this block for a structured and informative presentation.
