Adding a Ticket Type for a Event (BETA)

User Permissions needed to access Events
Account Owner, Admin, or Limited Access with access granted to Events. If you have additional questions, please reference this article.

How to Add a New Ticket Type

  1. Login to your Tithely account.
  2. Select Events from the left-hand menu.
  3. Select the created event you would like to add a ticket type for.
  4. Select Ticket Types from the menu.

  5. Click Add New to the right of Ticket Types.
  6. Fill out the required information for your specific ticket type.
    1. Ticket Name

    2. Paid or Free

    3. Quantity

    4. Price (if paid ticket)

    5. Scheduled times for this ticket to be available

    6. Description

    7. Set minimum and maximum quantity

  7. Click Save to create your new ticket type for your event.
