Ordering a Tithely Pay Card Reader

Equipping your organization with a reliable card reader is essential for seamless payment processing. In this article, we'll walk you through the process of ordering a Tithely Pay Card Reader, ensuring you have all the information you need to get started. From placing your order to receiving and setting up your card reader, we'll cover it all.

How to Order a Tithely Pay Card Reader

  1. Open the Tithely Pay App on your iOS or Android device.
    If you do not have the Tithely Pay App on your device yet, you can download it here:

  2. Login to the Tithely Pay App.

  3. Open the menu using the button in the top-right corner of the screen and select the Hardware option.

  4. Select Add to Cart to start your order. To add more than one card reader select Add to Cart again until you've reached the quantity you would like.

  5. Select Review Order at the bottom of the screen.
    Note: You can adjust the quantity during the checkout as well.

  6. Enter the shipping details for where the Tithely Pay Card Reader(s) should be shipped.

  7. Enter the credit card details of the card you would like to use to pay for the Tithely Pay Card Reader. Once card details are entered, press the Pay button.
    Please Note: All prices include shipping. If you order 5 or more card readers, the cost per unit will decrease.

  8. Once payment is authorized, the app will notify you that payment has been processed and your hardware will be shipped.

Will I get a receipt?

A receipt will be sent to the email address associated with the Tithely account used to sign in to Tithely Pay.
