Filtering Transactions in Tithely Pay

You can view all transactions in the Tithely Pay app within the Activity section.

To help you search for a specific transaction, Tithely Pay offers the ability to filter transactions by:

  • Cardholder name
  • The last 4 digits on the card
  • A specific date or date range

You can search by any of the above options individually or combine them for faster results!

Please be advised that if a payment is made using Tap to pay, Google Pay, or Apple Pay, the payment method information will not be disclosed or visible.

To search using filters, simply navigate to the Activity section from the menu in Tithely Pay.

To access the filtering options, press the filter button to the right of the “Activity” text at the top of the Activity section.

You can view purchase details by clicking the white portion of the purchase. Here you will also be able to send an email receipt or refund the payment.

Filter by a Name or Card Number

To search by the purchaser’s name or the last 4 digits of the card number, open the filter options and type the name or last 4 digits of the card number into the search field.

Please Note: You should only search by the last 4 digits because if you search by the entire card number then no results will be returned.

After entering a name or the last 4 digits of a card number, you must press the Search button on the keyboard to begin searching using the details.

Filtering by Date

When filtering by date, you can either filter by a date range or filter by a specific date. To open the date filtering options, select the calendar on the right side of the filter options.

You will initially see the option to filter by date range. You can choose to filter by a specific date by selecting the Single Date option.

Clearing Filters

To clear filters press the Clear button beside the Filter image at the top of the screen.

Note: The Clear button is only present if there are currently active filters.
