Note: Deposits can only be made into a Checking Account. Also, you will need a Credit Card to sign up for Tithe.ly Subscription plans.

UNITED STATES 🇺🇸

Basic Church Information:

• Church Name and Address

• Email Address and Phone number for the primary contact (our enablement team will reach out when you finish your signup)

• Your Church’s website (a Facebook link is ok if you don’t have a website)

Official Organizational Information:

• The Church’s EIN (aka the Federal Tax Number)

• Bank account number and Routing Number (your account can only be linked to one, but check out the amazing report we created to make transferring funds as easy as possible do)

Legal Representative Info:

• Name and date of birth

• A photo of their photo ID (most commonly drivers license)

• Their full social security number

CANADA 🇨🇦

Basic Church Information:

• Church Name and Address

• Email Address and Phone number for the primary contact (our enablement team will reach out when you finish your signup)

Official Organizational Information:

• Transit & Institution Number
