"My Account" is the area where those with Admin access manage their password, PIN, email, name, and other details associated with their account. Follow the steps below to learn how to update your information and reset your password in your My Account section within Tithely.
How to Access Your My Account Area
Login to your Tithely account.
Click the Global Settings button in the bottom-left corner of the screen. You can access the Global Settings from anywhere in the Tithely dashboard.
Next, click My Account.
How to Make Updates to Your My Account
There are three tabs that you manage and update within the My Account section: Core Info, Login Security, and Notification Settings.
- Make the desired changes to your name, email address, and mobile number and click Save.
- Change your password and PIN and click Save.
Only Admins who have been given access to the Finance permission in 2.0 can see these notification settings.
- Choose which notifications you would like to receive and click Save.
You're done! It's that easy! 🎉 To navigate back to your Giving dashboard, or any other product, use the menu on the left-hand side of the screen.
