Updating Your Giving Form and Giving App

Customizing the fields and styling of your Giving Form and/or Giving App is easy, and you can do it all in one place. 

User Permissions needed to access Giving 
Account Owner, Admin, or Limited Access with access granted to the Giving Product. If you have additional questions please reference this article.

How to Update Your Giving Form View, and Giving App View

1. Login to your Tithely account.

2. Select Giving from the left-hand menu.

3. Next, click Settings

4. If you have multiple locations, select the one that you are updating settings for and all setting changes will apply to the selected location.

   

5. Click Giving Form 1.0 & App.

   Here, you can use the Simple Giving Widget to copy the HTML code to embed your Giving form to your website or use simply use the URL from the Direct Link to send people directly to your form.

   

   Set Custom Fields

   

   Choose the Defaults that will be used on your Giving form

   

   Update your logo and colors to match your church branding

   Ensure the logo you're using meets the minimum dimensions of 200x50. For optimal viewing, consider editing your logo to have minimal margins or whitespace (around 2-5px is recommended). The form will automatically scale your logo to fit appropriately.
   
   

    

   

6. Click Save and you're done 🎉
