How to Update User Information in the Tithely Giving App

Update User Email in the Tithely Giving App

1. Log into the Tithely Giving App 
2. Select Menu.
   Note: This is the three lines (Hamburger menu icon) in the bottom right of your device.
3. Select Change Login Email.
4. Select Edit next to Core Info.
5. Enter Current Password.
6. Edit Email.
7. Select Save Changes.

Update User Pin in the Tithely Giving App

1. Log into the Tithely Giving App 
2. Select Menu.
   Note: This is the three lines (Hamburger menu icon) in the bottom right of your device.
3. Select Change PIN.
4. Select Change 4-Digit PIN.
5. Enter Current Password.
6. Enter New PIN.
7. Confirm new PIN.
8. Select Update 4-Digit PIN.

Update User Login Phone Number in the Tithely Giving App

1. Log into the Tithely Giving App 
2. Select Menu.

3. Select Change Login Phone Number.
4. Select Change Login Phone Number.
5. Select Yes, Update Login Phone Number.
6. Enter New Phone Number.
7. Verify new phone number.
