Removing a payment method from your donor account in the Tithely app is straightforward. Tithely Tip
A payment method cannot be removed as long as a recurring gift is active with that payment method. To stop a recurring payment please refer to this article: Edit A Recurring Gift Tithely App.
Removing a Payment Method
- Log into the Tithely App.
- Select Menu in the bottom right.
- Select Payment Methods.
- Select the Red Trash Can.
- Select Yes, I'm Sure to confirm the deletion of your payment method.
