While on the giving form you can easily view all the payment methods you have on file, select an existing one for a donation, or add a new payment method. In this article we will go over how to add a new payment method for gifts and how to remove old payment methods on your account.
Add a Payment Method:
- From your churches giving form select Payments.
Note: This is the in the top navigation menu when logged in. -
View your existing payment methods.

Each payment method entry includes details such as payment type (Card or Bank), last four digits of the card or bank account, and expiration date (only applicable for cards).

Expired cards will be marked with the word "Expired."

- Select Add New Payment Method towards the bottom of your screen.
- Select the type of payment method you would like to add.
- Card
- Bank Account
- Fill in the required details.
- Select Add New Payment Method to add your new payment method.
- Once a new Payment Method has been added, it will display in your list of Payment Methods on File and will also be available for making donations with.
Delete a Payment Method:
- From your churches giving form select Payments.

Click the trash button on the right side of the payment method details.

A popup will appear, asking you to confirm the action.
Note: If you proceed with the deletion, the payment method will be removed from the list.
