The Giving Dashboard allows you to view your Giving history in a snapshot.
Below, we'll guide you through how to access the dashboard, and an overview of the sections you'll see within it.

Please Note: The dashboard does not load in real-time but refreshes once daily.

How to Access the Giving Dashboard

  1. Login to your Admin account.

  2. Select Giving. The Dashboard will be the first page that loads.

You can use Filters to view the data for any given date range, as well as for a different location.

An Overview of Each Section in the Giving Dashboard

Total Giving

The Total Giving area displays (in gross amounts) total donor giving, plus giving by month. The default data will display for 6 months, or you can select a date range using the filters. Hovering over a dot on the graph will show total monthly gifts for a single location or giving for each individual location as well as the total amount.

Quick Insights

Quick Insights includes:
• Total number of gifts
• Gross amount for the weekly average
• Gross amount for the average gift
• Percentage of gifts that are recurring

Covered Fees

Covered Fees shows the percentage of gifts with fees that have been paid by donors, as well as the amount saved for your organization by donors covering fees. If you hover over either side of the donut, you can see the exact percentage of gifts with covered fees and gifts without covered fees.

Recurring Gifts vs Onetime

Recurring Gifts vs Onetime is a comparison of recurring giving versus one-time gifts. Hovering over any given bar will show the gross amount of one-time gifts, the gross amount of recurring gifts, and the sum of both.

All Gifts

All Gifts gives the total number of gifts for either a single campus or for each campus, if you have multiple locations.

The Weekly Average

The Weekly Average is the gross amount of average gifts.
