"My Account" is the area you manage your password, PIN, email address, name, and other details associated with your account. Follow the steps below to learn how to update your information in your My Account area.

How to Access Your My Account Area

  1. Login to your Tithe.ly Admin account.

  2. Click the Global Settings button in the bottom-left corner of the screen. You can access the Global Settings from anywhere in the Tithe.ly dashboard.

  3. Next, click My Account.

    Account Security Change Password, Email, Name and Pin

  4. Make the desired changes and click Save.

  5. You're done! It's that easy! 🎉 To navigate back to your Giving dashboard, or any other product, use the menu on the left-hand side of the screen.
