The Dashboard has organizations and locations. An organization is the church, and a location is the campus of that church. This is to ensure that if your church has multiple campuses, each campus is recognized and can be managed individually.

Please Note: If you are seeing duplicates, a campus may have the same name as your church.

How to Access and Update Organization Settings

  1. Login to your Admin account.

  2. Click the Global Settings button in the bottom-left corner, which is accessible from anywhere on the dashboard.

  3. Next, click My Organization.

  4. Click Organization Settings.

  5. Update your organization's information and click the Save Changes button.

Please Note: The "Select Primary Contact" section allows you to choose which primary contact will be saved within our system. This is not a way to update the primary admin.
