You have the option to receive emails regarding the progress of your pledge campaign. 🎉 If notifications are turned on, we provide you with a snapshot of the analytics that you find in the Dashboard, either daily or weekly, right to your email inbox. To set your campaign notification preferences, follow the steps below.

How to Set Pledge Campaign Notification Preferences for Admins

  1. Login to your Admin account.

  2. Click Giving on the left-hand side of the menu.

  3. Select Pledge Campaigns from the Giving menu.

  4. Click on the campaign you'd like to set notification preferences for.

  5. Click on Notifications.

    This section in Pledge Campaigns is where all email settings are managed, for both donors and admins.

  6. Select the drop-down under Notifications for Admins to select the notification frequency you'd like.

    There are 3 settings to choose from:

    • Send Daily Report Emails to All Admins (This is the default email setting)

    • Send Weekly Report Emails to All Admins

    • Don't Send Report Emails to Admins

    Please Note: The email setting selected will affect all admins with pledge campaign access.

  7. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click Save Changes.
