Along with knowing how much money has been pledged and donated to a campaign, it's extremely helpful to know the level of "Risk" associated with each donor’s pledge. These levels give you the opportunity to see which donors you may need to reach out to and for what purpose.
Please Note: While we do our best to help you understand risk levels, if a donor only gives by cash or check, then they will automatically be categorized as a High Risk Donor since no payment method is set for the donor. With this in mind, it can help to look at the donors within each risk level from the Donors section of the dashboard to get an idea of the true risk level for your churches pledge campaign.
How to View Risk Levels for a Pledge Campaign
Login to your Tithe.ly Admin account.
Select Giving on the left-hand menu.
Select Pledge Campaigns from the Giving menu.
Find and click on the campaign for whose donor risk levels you'd like to view.
Click Dashboard to view all 4 donor risk levels:
What Each Risk Level Means:
High Risk Donors
Donors who have made a pledge but don't have a Payment Method set up for their account, which is created for a donor when a pledge is made.
Mid Risk Donors
Donors who have made a pledge and set up a payment method for their account, but have never made a donation to your church.
Low Risk Donors
Donors who have made a pledge, have set up a payment method for their account, and have made a donation to your church.
No Risk Donors
Donors who have made a pledge, have set up a payment method for their account, and have set up a recurring donation.
Each risk level box displays the number of pledges within the risk level, the total amount pledged by donors within the risk level, and what percent of pledges fall within the risk level. The dashboard updates every 4 hours with the details.
Please Note: Donor risk levels cannot be edited.
