In People, we make it as easy as possible for you to order a background check for a person at your church. 🎉

How to Order a Background Check

  1. Login to your Admin account.

  2. Select People on the left-hand menu.

  3. Select Background Checks from the People menu.

  4. Click the blue "Add New +" button in the top right corner of the screen.

  5. Select the person/people you would like to run a background check for.

  6. For each check, confirm you are ordering your default package or use the drop-down to select a different package.

  7. Click the green button to "Order Background Checks"

  8. That's it! You're done.
    Please Note: If any checks aren't able to run, an error message will be displayed in red.

    🌟 Tip: You can monitor the status of the checks through your main Background Checks dashboard.

How to Find Billing History for Background Checks Run by Your Organization

  1. Login to your Admin account.

  2. Navigate to the Global Menu in the bottom-left corner of your screen, then click Billing.

  3. Next, click the button that says "Update Card".

    You will now see a list of past invoices for Background Checks and other add-ons billed to your account.
