Adding Funds

1. Choose Fund Management from the Giving menu on the left
2. Click the Add Fund button in the top right-hand corner of the page

3. Add the fund details: Fund Name, whether or not the fund is tax-deductible, whether you’d like the fund to be hidden or visible on the Giving form, and whether or not you’d like the fund to be the default text-to-give fund.

4. Click the Save New Fund button to save changes and add a fund

Archiving Funds

1. Choose Fund Management from the Giving menu on the left
2. Click on the fund you'd like to archive
3. Click the Archive Fund button

Note: Hidden funds are different from Archived funds. When a fund is hidden, an admin can see the fund on the dashboard but it is not visible in the Giving app or Giving form. When a fund is archived, it is no longer visible on the dashboard either. This allows you to keep a clean dashboard.

Sorting Funds

1. Choose Fund Management from the Giving menu on the left
2. To sort the funds, click the drag icon and drag the fund you'd like to move.

3. That's it! In the Giving 2.0 dashboard, once you release the icon, the fund is automatically saved in its new spot.

Default Text-To-Give Fund

1. Choose Fund Management from the Giving menu on the left
2. Click on the fund you'd like to set as the default text-to-give fund
Note: You can see which fund is set to default on all Edit Fund cards. So while the General Fund is being edited, you can see that the General Offering fund is set as the default fund.

3. Click the Make default fund for text-giving toggle so that it turns green

4. Click the Save Changes button
5. You will now be able to see the new fund set to default from the dashboard
