You can follow these steps to set up the messaging notifications on your account :)
1. Log into your Tithe.ly Account
2. Navigate to Messaging
3. From the left side menu, click Settings
4. Next - click Notifications
5. Check which Notification method(s) you would prefer and the duration.
- Send me email notifications of unread messages: after 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 hours
- Send me SMS notifications of unread messages: after 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 hours
Who can receive Notifications?
Primary and secondary admins. Each user can set their notification preferences.
How do we know where the notifications (SMS/Email) are going to be sent to?
The email and phone number from the user's profile in People are used to send notifications. If the primary or secondary user does not have a phone number they will simply just not receive the SMS notification.
