How to Set Up Your Phone Number and Email Address With Tithe.ly Messaging

  1. Login to your Tithe.ly Admin account.

  2. Select Messaging from the left-hand menu.

  3. Select Settings from the Messaging menu.

  4. Add your Messaging Phone Number. To add a Messaging phone number, simply choose an 800 number from the drop-down list.

  5. Add your Messaging Email address.

  6. Click the Save Changes button. You're ready to start using Messaging! 🎉

Help! I don't have access to the Messaging Settings page.

Let's troubleshoot this together!

  1. Are you the primary admin, or have you been given Secondary Admin Messaging Access? If no, please contact your churches primary administrator for the Tithe.ly account to get access.

  2. Does your church have a Tithe.ly Messaging subscription? If no, your churches primary administrator for the Tithe.ly account will need to sign up for Messaging before you can update your settings. They can get signed up by following the instructions in this article. 😃
