Setting up Need Types and Reminders
To access the Need Types and Reminder Settings, go to Settings -> Needs.
When setting up Reminders, there are 4 options you can configure:
Whether Email Reminder should be sent at all (If disabled, the other 3 will not appear)
How often should we send reminders before a need is due to be completed to the assigned members?
Should we send a reminder on the date the need is due?
Should we send reminders when a need is overdue, and if so how often should we send them?
