YouTube

After you've uploaded your video to your YouTube Channel, follow the steps below:

  1. Click the "Share" button (the arrow icon) below the the video player.
  2. Next, click Share
  3. Copy the direct video URL/link
  4. Now you're all set to paste that url/link into any Video URL field on your Tithe.ly Site

Please note: custom YouTube Links (or links to channel) do not work, you must use the unique link for your video.

Vimeo

After you've uploaded your video to your Vimeo account, follow the steps below:

  1. Click the "Share" button (the paper airplane icon) on the video player.
  2. Next, click Share
  3. Copy the direct video URL/link
  4. Now you're all set to paste that url/link into any Video URL field on your Tithe.ly Site

Facebook

After you've scheduled your Facebook Live or uploaded your video to your Facebook page, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to to the post on your Facebook page stream/wall
  2. Click the timestamp within the post. This will direct you to a new page and allow you to get the direct URL to your Live Stream from the address bar.

    (ie: in example below you would click on "1 min" directly below "Your Church Name")

3. Copy the URL from the address bar. Remove all the excess characters (after the stream of numbers). See example below.
Please note this is only an example, your link may contain the word "live" instead of "videos."

4. Now you're all set to paste that URL/link into any Video URL field on your Tithe.ly Site


As of April 2020, depending on whether you have the new or old Facebook will change how you get the link. Facebook is so complex and we are not able to help with Facebook Support related issues. Please contact Facebook Support if you need any further assistance with Facebook Live.
