How do I sign up for

You can sign-up for in 5-10 minutes by registering your church here:

When you sign up, you will need the below information:

  • General church info

  • Bank Account and Routing number

  • EIN number

  • Legal representative info. such as last four digits of SSN and a photo of driver’s license

Can’t complete the sign up process?

If you start the sign-up process, but realize you don’t have all the information required to complete the online sign-up, you can always come back and complete it later.

How soon can I begin taking online donations?

Once you have completed sign up, you can start taking donations immediately.

However, our team will need to validate your information in order for funds to be deposited. Please be on the lookout for a phone call/email from the enablement team.

How much does cost?

Our free giving solution has no monthly fees, no setup fees, no hidden fees, and no long-term contracts. It’s risk free and simple to get started with online giving. When people give to your church using you will pay a processing fee of 2.9% + .30 per successful transaction on VISA, MasterCard, and Discover. ACH or Bank transactions are 1% + .30 per successful transaction. A complete breakdown of our fees can be found here.

Do I need to sign a contract with

No! We know that you’ll love the product and giving will increase. If that’s not the case, then we want it to be simple for you to leave.

Is Secure?

All financial information is encrypted and stored by our banking partner to PCI DSS Level 1 compliant standards. PCI DSS Level 1 compliance is a set of rules stated by credit card companies and audited by an independent third party. It is the highest possible rating one can get in the electronic payment processing industry. Additionally, forces HTTPS for all transaction services using TLS.

How can people give to my church using

People can give to your church from your website, on social media platforms like Facebook, and through the mobile giving app. You can read a little more about the 4 ways to give here. The Mobile App is the most popular way to give with online or website giving coming in a close second.

How do I tell my church about

It’s important that you put giving on your website and then share the new ways to give with your church via email, text and social media. Plus, don’t forget to promote these new ways to give during your service when taking up offerings. How do I get on my website?

How do I get on my Facebook page?

You can easily add a giving link to your church Facebook page. Follow the instructions found here.

What methods of payment can people use to give?

Your members can give using credit or debit cards (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or AMEX) or ACH bank transfer*. You can also record all of your offline giving (like cash and checks) easily through the admin experience portal.

*ACH bank transfer is only available in the US

Can people designate their gift?

Yes. With you can create as many funds / designations as you need (e.g. missions, building fund, weekly contribution, etc.). These appear to your members when they use our platform, making it very simple for them to be sure their generosity goes to the place they are most passionate about.

Do people who give to my church get a receipt / confirmation?

Absolutely! As soon as someone gives via they instantly receive an email with the details of their transaction. All giving history for each member is also tracked and available within the mobile app, giving your members instant access to check their records. Read more about donor email confirmations here.

How often do I receive the donations made to my church?

The short / simple answer is that we deposit funds directly into your bank account every day with a two-day lag. Meaning, funds raised on Sunday hit your bank account on Tuesday. To learn more, check out our knowledge base article on deposits.

What type of reporting does offer? comes with two types of reports:

  1. Deposit reports: We deposit funds into your bank account net of the processing fees. Each deposit will be accompanied by a report that shows a full breakdown of total giving by fund and each individual transaction. These reports will show you gross dollars raised, fees, and net amount being deposited into your account in order to make accounting and bookkeeping simple.   2. Transaction reports: Transaction reporting shows every gift made to your organization along with the giver information such as name, email, address, gift amount and more. You can see transactions in your giving statements report immediately after people give. Find out more here.

Can I send end-of-year tax receipts with
