It is one of our goals here at Tithe.ly to make data migration as painless as possible. follow the directions below on how to export information out of your current Fellowship One account.

Export People from Fellowship One

1. Sign in to Fellowship One
2. Go to reports (far right on menu bar)
3. Search for P9400 (top black bar search box)
4. Core People Records Export v3.2
5. Enter in the following criteria:
          1. Return People in these Groups (who)
                     1. Based on their Role/Type -> "Don't Limit People Base on Group Membership"
                    2. These Spans of Care -> "Ignore This"
                    3. These Group Types -> "Ignore This"
                    4. These Campuses -> "Ignore This"
                    5. These Groups -> "Ignore This"
          2. Group Membership Instructions: -> "Return People in ANY Selected Group"
          3. And Joined within this Time Period -> "Ignore This"
          4. Choose Fields to Display (what)
                    1. Display these Household Fields:
                              1. Household ID
                              2. Home Phone
                   2. Display these Individual Fields:
                              1. Select All fields except "Photo"
          5. Output Separate Email Columns (Yes)
          6. Output Separate Phone Columns (Yes)
          7. Display this 1st Address -> "Primary"
          8. Display this 2nd Address -> "Ignore This"
          9. Display these Fields for each Address:
                           1. Street Address
                           2. City
                           3. State
                           4. Postal Code (Full)
          10. If displaying Full Address, Format it using "1 Line"
          11. Configure Output (what)
                          1. Display these Metrics for each row -> "Ignore This"
                          2. Page/Sheet Break on ->"Ignore This"
                          3. Create labels/Temporary Groups using: "I am NOT outputting to labels or Groups"
                          4. Choose an Output Type: -> "Excel"
          12. Click additional filters
          13. Return based on Status/SubStatus (who)
                          1. Having these Status Group::Statuses: Select All including deceased
          14. Display Field Formatting (what)
                          1. Display Individual First Name in this Format: "Johnathan "John" Edward"

6. Run Report
7. Click on the "Queue" link (top black bar) and when your report is ready download it to your computer.

Export Contributions from Fellowship One (if applicable)

1. Sign in to Fellowship One
2. Go to reports (far right on menu bar)
3. Search for G1050 (Core Giving Records v 3.0)
4. Set the following criteria for Return Giving Records (who)
          1. Based on this date -> Received Date
          2. Week starts on -> Sunday
          3. Occurring within this Date Range -> Custom Date Range
          4. Occurring after this time: "Ignore This" (has to be done or report will error)
          5. Occurring before this time: "Ignore This" (has to be done or report will error)
          6. Belonging to Batches -> "Ignore This" (has to be done or report will error)
5. Set the following criteria for choose fields and configure output:
          1. Page/Sheet ... -> "Ignore This"
          2. Subgroup with Subtotal on -> "Ignore This"
          3. Multi Select Box -> Gift Columns to display
                       1. All Trans by ID
                       2. ACH,Check,Cash,BankCard
                       3. Batch Date
                       4. Batch Name
                       5. Contribution or Receipt
                       6. Contribution Attributes
                       7. Contribution Subtype
                       8. Create Date
                       9. Fund
                       10. Fund account Reference description
                       11. Memo
                       12. Received Date
                       13. Reference (check number)
                       14. Sub Fund
          4. Multi select box -> Contributor Columns to Display
                        1. Contributor ID
                        2. Contributor Full Name
                        3. Contributor Last Name
                        4. Giving Unit ID
                        5. Giving Unit Full Name
                        6. Giving Unit Last Name
                        7. Household, Individual or Organization (needed to get correct name)
                        8. Mem/Envelope #
          5. Multi select box -> "Primary Address columns to Display"
                        1. Ignore
          6. Multi select box -> "Grand total columns to display"
                        1. Ignore
6. Display total amount -> Yes
7. Sort Records by "Received Date & Time"
8. Output to labels -> No
9. Choose an Output Type: -> "Excel"
10. Run Report
11. Click on the "Queue" link (top black bar) and when your report is ready download it to your computer.


Export Attributes from Fellowship One (if applicable)

1. Go to reports (far right on menu bar)
2. Search for A2501E (top black bar search box)
3. Select "Export Attributes"
4. Enter in the following criteria:
             1. Attribute: select an option
             2. Choose an Output Type: CSV
             3. Click the "Run Report" button
5. Repeat step 4 until you have all the Attribute options you want imported.

Export Groups from Fellowship One (if applicable)

1. Sign in to Fellowship One
2. Go to reports (far right on menu bar)
3. Search for P9500 (Groups 2.0 Export v2.0)
4. Set the following options:
           1. Return These Pages -> Ignore
           2. List inactive members/Leaders on Sheet 5 Also? -> No
           3. Choose an Output Type -> Excel
           4. Run Report
           5. Click on the "Queue" link (top black bar) and when your report is ready download it to your computer.

Export Attendance from Fellowship One (if applicable)

1. Sign in to Fellowship One
2. Go to reports (far right on menu bar)
3. Search for M1211 (Core Attendance Records v3.1)
4. Return These People (who)
           --"Anyone Attending and is Assigned or in a Group"
           --"Anyone Attending and is not Assigned in a Group"
5. Occurring within this time Period -> "Custom Time Range" (we recommend doing a year at a time.)
6. Return Group Attendance -> "Don't Return Group Attendance"
7. Get these Spans of Care -> "Ignore this"
8. Get these Group Types -> "Ignore this"
9. These Campuses -> "Ignore this"
10. Get these Groups -> "Ignore this"
11. Return Activity Attendance to (who)
           --List inactive/past Items too? -> No
           --Base on the Role/type -> No
                           --Activity Participants
                           --Activity Volunteers/Staff
           --Get these Activities types (Campuses) -> "Ignore this"
           --These Ministries -> "Ignore this"
           --Get these Activities -> "Ignore this"
           --Get these Activity schedules/service times -> "Ignore this"
           --These Report Folders -> "Ignore this"
           --Get These Rosters -> "Ignore this"
           --These Breakout Groups -> "Ignore this"
           --These Volunteer/staff types -> "Ignore this"
           --These Volunteer/staff Jobs -> "Ignore this"
12. Choose Fields to Display
          --Activity/Group fields to Display -> "Don't Display"
          --Individual fields to Display -> Individual ID
          --HouseHold fields to display -> "Don't Display"
          --Primary Address fields to display -> "Don't Display"
13. Configure output
          --Page/sheet Breakon -> "Ignore this"
          --Attendance Columns to display
                        --Attendance by Activity/Group and Date
                        --Attendance Totals and Percentages
          --Create Labels/Groups using -> "I am not outputting to label or groups."
14. Additional Fields -> Ignore this section
15. Choose an Output Type -> Excel
16. Run Report
17. Click on the "Queue" link (top black bar) and when your report is ready download it to your computer.

Export Notes from Fellowship One (if applicable)

1. Go to reports (far right on menu bar)
2. Search for M4010 (top black bar search box)
3. Select "M4010 - Core Contact & Note Summary (v2.5)"
4. Enter in the following criteria:
5. For Contact Data:
             1. Return Contacts Belonging to this Level: "Both Household and Individual Level Contacts"
             2. List Inactive Forms & Items too?: No
             3. For these specific Contact Forms: Pick
             4. Return & display these contact items: Ignore this
             5. Change in this manner: "All Changes in Period"
             6. Occurring within this Time Period: "Custom Date Range"
             7. Contact Custom Date on or After: 1/1/1900
             8. Contact Custom Date on or Before: current date
             9. Currently in this Status: Ignore this
            10. Having this Disposition: Ignore this
             11. Currently Assigned to This Person: Ignore this
             12. And this Ministry: Ignore this
6. Or Personal Notes Summary:
             1. Return Notes Belonging to this Level: "Both Household and Individual Level Notes"

Additional Export Report Names and Report Codes (if applicable)

--Organizations (A2505E)
--Background Checks (M3751 V 1.1)
--Head count for ministry events (M1350E)
--Assignments (M1400 v2.7)
              --"These Ministries" combo box important. These are the groups under ministry. Under "These Ministries" select "Ignore this".
              --Assignment/Activity Fields to Display -> Activity
              --Individual Fields to Display -> Individual ID
--Requirements: has status and date (M3755E)
--Old Notes
             --Search for "these Ministries" and "these activities", and ignore the rest. Display Activity and Individual ID.
             --If you don't get all the ones you want you will have to select the ministry and activity one at a time.
