You can quickly and easily add a contact form to any page on a Site using a Contact form block 😃 We'll walk you through it below!

How to Add a Contact Form

  1. Login to your Admin account on your Site.

  2. Navigate to the page and area you'd like to add your contact form.

  3. Click the '+' add block button, located on the left side of window.

  4. Select the Contact Form block and a block will be added to the page.

  5. Next, customize the form details by clicking the edit pencil to edit content (controls appear as you hover over block element).

    • Email Recipient - this is the address you would like to receive contact form submissions. Add one email address (or multiple) that should receive submissions to this form. If you have multiple, you can separate them with a comma.

    • Heading - This is the title of your contact form. (ie. Register Here)

    • Subheading - This is the area to include any specific instructions for the person filling out the form.

    • Button Text - This is the button someone will click to send their message.

  6. Click the 'Save Block' button.

    🌟 Tip: Change the style or layout of the block by click 'Edit Block' which is located on the top right of the block.
