All subpages and programs (ie. Ministries) on the site can be set up to be password protected. Here's how to do this on Tithe.ly Sites!

1. Login

2. Go to the page or program (ie. ministry) that you would like to make password protected or create a new page/program.

3. Click on the FAB (edit pencil) which can be found on the top l eft  side of the page. Select 'Edit Page'

For a Program (ie: ministry), click on the FAB (edit pencil) which can be found on the top l eft  side of the page. Click 'Edit Program'

4. Near the bottom of the edit page you will see a 'Password Protection' section, this is where you would enter the desired password which will only be accessible to site administrators and visitors with the correct password.

Note: Passwords are case-sensitive

5. Click 'Save'.

If you ever need to change the password of a page, simply edit the page and type in your new password. Just remember to inform people who need access to the page that you have updated it.

NOTE: When a guest enters the password, it will store a cookie on their browser that declares they now have access to that page. Essentially, the page is unlocked on your browser until they clear their cookies. They do have the ability to "re-lock" the page if they would like.
