Throughout this article we are going to talk about how to report on services using various types of service statistics; as well as how to see overall analytics via your Dashboard! First, let’s go over setting up those statistics and editing that data.
Setting up Custom Statistics
You can create Custom Service Reporting statistics by going to Settings > Services. By default, there are a few reporting fields that you can record.
Under ‘Service Reporting’, simply drag in different objects such as Headings, Reporting fields, Note fields, or Separators. Drag the objects to an order most suitable to you, and type out the names that you prefer.
Entering Service Statistics
Service statistics can be entered by:
- Clicking the ‘Reporting’ tab.
- Click on ‘Edit’ button to the right of the statistic name
- Report as needed
- Click ‘Save’ to continue.
Viewing Service Statistics with Dashboard Widgets

Generating these statistics on your admin dashboard should not be a difficult, painful or confusing process! With Elvanto, getting these statistics is as easy as a few simple clicks! Here’s how to get those:
- Go to your dashboard and click on ‘Edit Dashboard’
- The go ahead and ‘Add Widget’, choosing the ‘Service Statistics’ option
3. Select your preferences you would like to report on and click “Save”
That’s it! The widget will now be on your dashboard. Below are some examples of what you can see.
