Getting Started with Tithe.ly Event Registration

All you need to do to get started is click on “Event Registration” in the left menu of you Tithe.ly admin account and start creating your first event! For more detailed information on how to set up that event click here.

Registering for an Event

Registering for an event set up through Tithe.ly is a easy process that collects an array of needed information. As an administrator of the event, you can:

  • Collect partial or full payment for the event

  • Set up discount codes for attendees

  • Collect any information needed through our uniquely customizable questions fields. 

With Tithe.ly events it is simple and easy to both obtain information and register for your program.

Adding a Payment Plan

1. Login to your Tithe.ly account > Events > View/Edit Event
2. Click on Event details and you'll see this page:

3. Scroll down to where it says "payment plan" and then click Edit!

4. You'll then be brought to this page:

From there, you can enable the payment plan option for your event. This will allow the donors to pay two installment payments instead of the whole amount. As you can see from the screenshot the event must be at least two months away to enable this. The payments will charge monthly in two installments before the actual event!

Managing Attendees

With Tithe.ly Events, you can manage and monitor attendee records with ease. With this feature you can not only see who is planning to attend your event, but also see their answers to your questions and see the status of their payment! When managing attendees with Tithe.ly you can:

  • See a list of who all is planning to attend your event

  • Export attendee list to CSV

  • View their event ticket

  • So much more!!

Promoting Your Event

Promoting your event is essential to ensure a great turn out! With Tithe.ly we have worked to make this a process that will not cause frustration! With ease you can click the “Event Registration Link” and send it out through any form of communication you desire.
